Terms of Use

These Terms apply to all matters between the Developer and you regarding the App. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple’s terms (including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) also apply to the App. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, these Terms prevail.

The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• The App reads your step count from Apple’s Health app (HealthKit) and from your iPhone’s motion data. Step counts depend on how your iPhone or Apple Watch measures them and on iOS, and may differ from the steps you actually took. The Developer does not guarantee that step counts are accurate or delivered on time.
• In the App, your pet may weaken or pass away if you do not reach your daily goal, according to the game’s rules. This is part of the game. The Developer does not restore pets or progress lost through the game’s rules.

• The App is a game. It is not a medical or health-care service, and its goals and step counts are not medical advice.
• Do not look at your screen while walking. Watch your surroundings and follow traffic rules.
• Walk within your own physical limits. If you have health concerns, consult a doctor before increasing your activity. Stop walking if you feel unwell.

• You may post screenshots of the App and the share images created by the App on social media and similar services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for what you post, including the names you give your pets. The Developer is not responsible for any problems arising from your posts.

You must not:

1. Copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the App
2. Redistribute, sell or lend the App
3. Act in violation of laws or public order and morals
4. Interfere with the operation of the App

All rights in the App and its content (characters, pixel art, design, text, source code, trademarks, etc.) belong to the Developer or the rightful owners.

Your pets, steps, collection, settings and other data are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy for details). The Developer is not responsible for any loss of data caused by device failure, loss or reset, deletion of the App, or similar events. Please keep backups yourself using standard iOS features such as iCloud Backup.

If you are a minor, please use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

• The App is provided “as is.” The Developer does not guarantee that the App is fit for any particular purpose, free of defects, or will operate without interruption.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

The Developer may change the App or these Terms, or suspend or end the App. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. The Developer will make efforts to announce important changes in the App or on the App Store.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
• Any dispute regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer’s location.
• However, nothing in this section limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

These Terms were originally written in Japanese. If there is any discrepancy between a translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails unless otherwise required by law.
